Halloween Auditions
The Icebox Radio Theater of International Falls will hold auditions for it’s next production on Monday, October 16 at 7:30 pm in ‘The Dungeon’, downstairs at Backus Community Center.
Two plays are on the docket for the IBRT’s next show: ‘Halloween 2006: A Laser-Radio Extravaganza” to be held in cooperation with Mr. Faith Lasers on Thursday, October 26. The theater will produce ‘Triumph of the Worms’, a recreation of a classic radio play from the old time series ‘Lights Out’, and ‘The Bats’ a world premiere by IBRT founder Jeffrey Adams.
‘Revolt of the Worms’ requires two adult men, one adult woman, and three adult parts that can be of either gender. ‘The Bats’ requires two adult men, two adult women, and four adult parts that can be of either gender.
Rehearsals will be held the weeks of October 16th and October 23rd.
Site of teen dances and laser shows,‘The Dungeon’ is accessible from the west side of the community center (the side closest to the Forestland office building) in the alley between the Backus and AB buildings.
